The kiwifruit after freeze-drying tastes crisp. The freeze-dried kiwifruit will not change its shape, taste, and color, and its nutritional value will not be much less. Today, Xiaobian will introduce the steps of making kiwifruit by fruit and vegetable freeze-drying machine:
1. Choose fresh kiwi fruit;
2. Peel manually or mechanically and cut into 4mm thick uniform flakes along the longitudinal direction of the fruit body;
3. Lay kiwi slices evenly in the material tray.

4. Freeze-drying processing
4.1 put the kiwifruit slices wrapped with pulp into the freezer for pre-freezing. The pre-freezing temperature is set to - 30 ℃ and the pre-freezing time is 4H. The central temperature of kiwifruit slices is required to be lower than the eutectic point and maintained for at least 2h, and the pre-freezing is completed;
4.2 set the vacuum degree to 60Pa, provide sublimation heat to accelerate water overflow at the initial stage of drying, and set the heating plate temperature to 70 ℃; During strong dehydration, the temperature of the heating plate is set to 60 ℃; The heating temperature at the end of drying is set to 50 ℃.
5. Sealed packaging
In addition, I would like to mention this here. Don't remind you that after freeze-drying, the freeze-dried kiwi slices should be sealed and sub-packed to prevent moisture from softening in the air and affecting the crisp taste.
