Commercial Food Freeze Dryer Features
The equipment adopts the German Leybold vacuum system, including a vacuum pump, vacuum valve, and other components. The vacuum pump can extract air from the drying chamber in a short period and maintain a negative pressure environment in the drying chamber, facilitating a sublimation drying stage where moisture is precipitated from the strawberries.
Polyurethane foam is used to insulate the cabin, reducing heat loss during the heating stage, saving energy, and decreasing production costs.
Using the PLC control cabinet from Siemens in Germany, the control system acts as the nerve center of the freeze-drying machine, incorporating components such as a temperature controller, pressure controller, and time controller. The control system can precisely manage each part of the freeze dryer to ensure the smooth progress of sublimation drying.
The product has a life expectancy of up to 20 years.
Guarantee period shall be within 24 months from the date of acceptance. During this period, if there are any quality problems, we will provide a solution through verbal or written communication. If the problem remains unsolved, our engineers will repair it on-site as soon as possible. Maintenance is free for non-operation errors; otherwise, it is the buyer's responsibility.
We will provide training for those who operate and maintain the freeze-drying machines. People will be trained by the equipment supplier during the installation and debugging process, enabling them to operate and independently solve basic mechanical problems
