Vacuum freeze-drying machine is called freeze-drying machine. System of lyophilizing unit:
1. Control system: composed of programmable program controller, touch screen, peripheral relay, sensor, etc.
2. Refrigeration system: composed of refrigeration compressor and auxiliary facilities, providing cold source for drying oven and cold trap. (Refrigeration system, in addition to the display of high and low pressure pressure gauge is also equipped with a pressure controller. When the high pressure is too high, the high voltage relay will operate and the compressor will stop working.
3, circulation system: freeze drying and heating is a kind of process technology caused by temperature difference of material transfer. The refrigeration and heating of the shelf are carried out through the heat transfer of the heat conducting oil. In order to make the heat conducting oil circulate continuously in the whole system, we add a shielded circulating pump in the pipeline.
4. Vacuum system: It is composed of drying oven, cold trap, vacuum valve, vacuum pump, vacuum pipe, vacuum measurement regulation and other parts. The vacuum pump group has a strong suction capacity. On the one hand, it makes the water in the drying oven sublimate in the vacuum state. On the other hand, the system forms a vacuum pressure difference between the cold trap and the drying oven, so that the water in the drying oven is captured by the cold trap after sublimation.
5. Hydraulic system: it is mainly used to press the cork into the bottle mouth at the end of drying.

1, the preparation of products (pre-treatment) : such as drug culture, sterilization, packaging, bottle washing, half stopper, etc., the selection of food raw materials, cleaning, cutting, inenzyme, packaging, etc.
2. Freeze of products (pre-freezing) : freeze products into solid state.
3. The first stage of drying (sublimation drying) : the ice crystals in the products are removed by sublimation.
4, the second stage of drying (desorption drying) : the residual moisture in the product at a higher temperature to evaporate part of the residual moisture to meet the predetermined requirements.
5, sealed packaging: dry products should generally be sealed under the condition of vacuum or inert gas to facilitate storage.
