Production process
1.Making marshmallows: First, make marshmallows according to the traditional method, usually with sugar, corn syrup, food coloring and spices as the main raw materials.
2.Pre-freezing process: The prepared marshmallows are pre-frozen at low temperature to ensure that the moisture inside is completely frozen.
3.Vacuum drying: The pre-frozen marshmallows are placed in a freeze dryer and dried at low temperature and vacuum environment. This process allows ice crystals to sublimate directly into water vapor, removing moisture from the marshmallows.
4.Packaging: The dried marshmallows are sealed and packaged to prevent moisture from re-entering.
