1. Structurally

In situ freeze dryer: the freeze-drying chamber and the cold trap are two independent chambers. The shelf in the freeze-drying chamber has refrigeration function. After the materials are placed in the freeze-drying chamber, there is no need for manual operation in the pre freezing and drying process of the materials. The manufacturing process of this type of lyophilizer is complex and the manufacturing cost is high, but the in-situ lyophilizer is the development direction of the lyophilizer and an ideal choice for exploring the lyophilization process. It is especially suitable for the lyophilization of medicine, biological products and other special products.

2. From the functional point of view

Ordinary shelf type: the materials are stored in bulk in the material tray, which is suitable for the freeze-drying of food, Chinese herbal medicine and powder materials.

Type with capping device: it is suitable for the drying of Xilin bottled materials. During freeze-drying preparation, the materials are sub packed into Xilin bottles as required. After floating the bottle cap, freeze-drying is carried out. After drying, the capping mechanism is operated to press the bottle cap, which can avoid secondary pollution and re adsorb water, and is easy for long-term storage.

Multi manifold type: the flask is connected outside the drying chamber to dry the materials spun frozen on the inner wall of the flask. At this time, the flask is connected to the manifold outside the drying oven as a container. The materials in the flask are heated at room temperature. Through the multi manifold switch device, the flask can be removed or installed at any time as required without shutdown.

With pre freezing function: in the process of material pre freezing, the cold trap is used as the pre freezing chamber to pre freeze the material. In the drying process, the cold trap is used as a water trap to capture the overflow water of the material. For the freeze dryer with pre freezing function, the pre freezing and drying of materials in the freeze-drying process are completed on the freeze dryer. The use efficiency of the freeze dryer is high and the cost of low-temperature refrigerator is saved.
