Screw chiller principle

      Screw chiller because of its key components - the compressor screw-style screwdriver named chiller, the unit from the evaporator out of the state of the gas refrigerant; adiabatic compression by the compressor into a state of high temperature and pressure. (A) twin-screw refrigeration compressor:

      Twin-screw refrigeration compressor is an energy-adjustable injection compressor. Its inhalation, compression, exhaust three continuous process is based on the body by a pair of intermeshing yin and yang rotation of the rotor to produce periodic changes in volume to achieve. The positive rotor is the active rotor, the negative rotor is the driven rotor. Main components: double rotor, body, main bearing, shaft seal, balance piston and energy adjustment device. Capacity 15 ~ 100% stepless adjustment or two, three-stage adjustment, take the hydraulic piston increase or decrease load way. Conventional use: radial and axial are rolling bearings; open with oil separator, storage tank and pump; closed differential pressure lubrication for lubrication, injection, cooling and drive the displacement of the piston displacement of the spool. Inhalation process: Gas into the yin and yang rotor through the intake respectively, the interdental volume. Compression process: Rotor rotation, the yin and yang rotor inter-tooth volume communication (V-space), due to tooth meshing, the volume gradually reduced, the gas is compressed. Exhaust process: compressed gas to the exhaust port, to complete a work cycle.

(B) single screw refrigeration compressor

      Compression occurs using the meshing of an active rotor and two star wheels. Its inhalation, compression, exhaust three continuous process is by the rotor, the rotation of the star wheel to produce periodic changes in volume to achieve. The number of rotor teeth is six and the number of teeth is eleven teeth. The main components for a rotor, two star wheel, the body, the main bearing, energy regulation device. Capacity from 10% -100% stepless adjustment and three or four-stage adjustment. Inhalation process: Gas enters the rotor slot through the suction port. With the rotation of the rotor, the star wheels enter the state of meshing with the rotor crate successively, and the gas enters the compression chamber (the rotor cogging surface, the enclosed space formed by the housing cavity and the star tooth surface). Compression process: As the rotor rotates, the compression chamber volume continues to decrease, with the gas compression until the front of the compression chamber to the exhaust port. Exhaust process: the front of the compression chamber to the exhaust port after the start of exhaust, to complete a work cycle. Due to the symmetrical arrangement of the starwheels, the cycle is compressed twice per revolution, corresponding to twice the amount of exhaust gas circulating in the previous week.
